These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the InPlayEdge mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

1. About the App

InPlayEdge provides:

• Live football data
• Match alerts
• Statistics
• Odds information
• Standings
• Red card alerts
• Match summaries

The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

The App does not:

• Offer betting services
• Process financial transactions
• Collect personal information
• Provide user-generated content
• Require separate account registration

2. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or resell any part of the App
• Use data from the App for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or automate data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Use the App to build competing services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

3. Live Data & Third-Party Information

Live football data is supplied by third-party sources, including API-Football (API-Sports).

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of match information
• Timing or availability of notifications
• Completeness of statistics or odds
• Reliability of standings or event data

You acknowledge that real-time sports data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

4. Notifications

If enabled, notifications are delivered via Apple Push Notification Service (APNs). Alerts may include:

• Favourites Behind alerts
• Red card alerts
• Match events

Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your device settings, internet connection, and Apple systems.

5. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)

Some features may require an auto-renewable subscription.

5.1 Billing & Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation
• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Renewal costs are charged within 24 hours before the period ends
• Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

5.2 Free Trials

If offered:

• Free trials convert automatically to paid subscriptions
• Remaining trial time is forfeited when a subscription is purchased
• Cancellation must be done 24 hours before trial ends

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple, not by us.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, features, and branding in the App are owned by InPlayEdge.

Team Names, Logos & League Identifiers

The App may display team names, league names, competition names, crest-style icons, and identifying imagery. These are used solely for informational and identification purposes, under accepted fair-use practices commonly applied to news, reporting, and statistical apps.

We do not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, suggest endorsement, or imply affiliation with any team, league, or governing body.

All trade marks used within the App are the property of their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and have concerns, please contact us.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or real-time performance
• Delivery of alerts
• Uninterrupted service
• That the App is free of errors

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed notifications, loss of data, financial loss, decisions made based on App data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You use the App at your own risk.

8. Age

The App is suitable for users aged 17+ due to references to betting odds and gambling-related information.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
