Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the InPlayEdge mobile application ("the App") and the inplayedge.com website ("the Website"). By using the App or Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and Website.

InPlayEdge is a trading name of AMLAPPS Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to AMLAPPS Limited.

1. About the App

The App provides:

• Live football match data
• Push notifications when pre-match favourites go behind
• Push notifications when red cards are shown
• Pre-match and live odds information sourced from regulated bookmakers via aggregated data feeds
• Match statistics, standings, head-to-head data, and lineups
• Match summaries

The App is intended for informational purposes only and is designed for users who already understand in-play football betting. The App does not offer betting or gambling services, does not process bets, does not provide tipping or prediction services, and does not guarantee outcomes.

2. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or resell any part of the App or its data
• Use data from the App for commercial purposes without our prior written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the App's data feeds
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or the underlying servers
• Use the App in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.

3. Live Data and Third-Party Information

Live football data, odds, and statistics are supplied by third-party sources, primarily API-Football (API-Sports). Live odds are aggregated from regulated bookmakers. We do not control these sources and rely on the data they provide.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of match information, scores, statistics, or odds
• The timing or delivery of any notification
• The completeness of statistics, lineups, or standings
• The reliability or availability of third-party data feeds

You acknowledge that real-time sports data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and you agree not to rely on it for time-critical decisions, including but not limited to placing bets with bookmakers.

4. Notifications

If you enable notifications, alerts are delivered via the Apple Push Notification Service (APNs). Alerts may include:

• Favourites Behind alerts
• Red Card alerts
• Match event updates
• Other product communications relating to the App

Delivery of notifications is not guaranteed and depends on your device settings, network connection, Apple's infrastructure, and our backend systems.

5. Subscriptions

5.1 Subscription Plans

Premium features of the App are available via an auto-renewable subscription, currently priced at £9.99 per month, with a 3-day free trial for new users where eligible. Other subscription periods (such as quarterly, half-yearly, or annual) may also be offered at prices shown in the App at the point of purchase.

5.2 Billing and Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• The renewal charge is taken from your Apple ID within 24 hours before the period ends
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device

5.3 Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered:

• The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is generally limited to one trial per Apple ID

5.4 Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled exclusively by Apple, in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please use Apple's "Report a Problem" service at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5.5 Subscription Management

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, free trial eligibility, and entitlements across the App Store. This is described further in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, features, code, and branding within the App and Website are owned by AMLAPPS Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Team Names, Logos and League Identifiers

The App may display team names, league names, competition names, crest-style icons, and other identifying imagery. These are used solely for informational and identification purposes, under accepted fair-use practices commonly applied to news, reporting, and statistical applications.

We do not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, do not suggest endorsement by, and do not imply affiliation with any team, league, governing body, or bookmaker. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. If you are a rights holder with concerns, please contact us at the address below.

7. Responsible Use

The App displays betting odds and information about live football matches. While the App does not enable, process, or recommend any bets, we encourage all users to gamble responsibly if they choose to use information from the App as part of their own betting decisions.

If you or someone you know is affected by gambling, free, confidential support is available in the UK from GamCare (0808 8020 133) and GambleAware.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or real-time performance of any data
• Delivery, timing, or content of any alert or notification
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with any specific device or iOS version

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed notifications, loss of data, financial loss, decisions made on the basis of data shown in the App, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

You use the App at your own risk and are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information it provides.

9. Age

The App is not directed at children. Where you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such disputes, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts as required by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after we publish updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
